Tweet transcript from #foodchat 10-20-2009

Wow.  Twitter chat sessions are always fever pitched, but I have a new found respect for folks who host them!  Shaun Haney & I sat in on responsibilities for #foodchat last night.  Michele Payn-Knoper does so many of these and handles the stress so well week after week… Okay, when technology melts down she may glisten ever so slightly.  But I digress… What I enjoyed most was looking into topics to consider and discussing for the discussion on food insecurity, the impacts and ways the world can take action.  Shaun and I had the responsibility to do this right, so each of us did research.  That was fine (and largely unecessary) as we had a great combination of perspectives & the interplay come together.  It was a charge… A real rush for me.  How can you not be excited when in a week’s time you have 100 people focused on ways we could assist the hungry?

No more delays… I want you to see all these fine folks and suggestions!  Feel free to add to the discussion thread on twitter or here as well!

foodchat: we have a few folks here already… what do you say we start introductions? #foodchat
